WHERE IS MY ORDER?
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Log in to your profile to view your active and past orders.

Local delivery: Orders arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on your location and delivery option.

International delivery: Orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days.
Keep your Waybill number handy to track your delivery status.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We start processing your order the moment it’s placed, so unfortunately, cancellations or changes aren’t possible once checkout is complete.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept:

WHEN IS PAYMENT TAKEN?
Payments are approved or declined instantly at checkout.

If approved, you’ll see a confirmation on-screen and receive an email with your order details.

If declined, an error message will appear.
Please note: It can take up to 5 days for funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Did payment go through but no email confirmation? Contact us right away.
CAN I USE A IN-STORE GIFT CARD ONLINE?
Not at this time. Gift cards issued in-store can only be used for in-store purchases.
ARE MY CARD DETAILS SAFE?
Yes, your payment is processed securely through SID and PayU, a PCI-DSS compliant vendor.
All transactions are encrypted and take place on a secure page. Your card details are never stored, and your personal info will never be shared or sold.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery to return items purchased in-store or online

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT IN-STORE?
Yes. In-store purchases can be returned to any Sissy Boy store within 30 days, provided the item is:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging with swing tags

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Bodysuits
-
Bikini bottoms
-
One-piece swimwear
-
Footwear accessories
-
Jewellery
Refunds will be processed following the same method as payment:

PayJustNow or Payflex reversal

HOW DO I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?
You have two options:
In-store:
Pop into any Sissy Boy store with your item. Note: returns cannot be processed by third-party stockist or retail partners
Online:
Log into your profile, find your order number, and start your return online in a few quick clicks
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Bodysuits

Bikini bottoms
-
One-piece swimwear
-
Footwear accessories
-
Jewellery
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING VIA COURIER?

Email info@sissyboy.com within 30 days of delivery

Log your return via your profile under your order number

Re-pack the item with original packaging, swing tags, and proof of purchase

A R80 courier fee applies (excluding incorrect or faulty items)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
Size, colour, item - We’ll fix it!

We’ll arrange free collection and replace the correct item (if available) with no delivery charge, process a refund or gift card
WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG ITEM?
Sometimes things go wrong – but we’ve got you covered!

We’ll assist with the return and send the correct item (if available) or arrange a refund or gift card. Please note that return courier fees will be for your account
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE?
You can return faulty items within 6 months, provided:

They weren’t altered or damaged due to wear, tear or misuse

You followed the care instructions on the wash care label/ swing tags
-
You include valid proof of purchase
Returns can be made in-store or via courier, and refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
CAN I RETURN SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS?
Yes, sale and promotional items may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or gift card, subject to stock availability
If the item is no longer available for an exchange, we’ll offer you:

A refund

Online gift card (redeemable online only, if purchased online)

In-store gift card (redeemable in-store only, if purchased in-store)
What are my options?

2. You will require your delivery note, your proof of payment and ID or Driver's Licence when collecting your parcel.

DELIVERY TAKES BETWEEN 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS.
During Sale and Black Friday periods there can be a slight delay on delivery, taking place between 3- 15 working days.

DELIVERY CAN TAKE BETWEEN 7-10 WORKING DAYS
Due the customs policy, additional charges may occur such as customs tariffs, you are responsible for these charges.

PLEASE NOTE:
- FREE delivery on orders over R999.
- We do not offer same day deliveries.
- Sissy Boy reserves the right to amend the delivery costs at any time; all charges will be displayed under the delivery terms on our website.
- The cost of standard delivery is R80.00.
HOW WILL MY ORDER GET DELIVERED TO ME?
- We will deliver your parcel via courier to your chosen address, be it at work, home or elsewhere.
I AM EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been placed it will take 3-5 working days for delivery to take place. This time allows for your payment to be processed, your stock to be picked and packed before being couriered.
- Be advised that during SALE periods there can be a slight delay on delivery, taking place between 3-15 working days.
- Should you experience any problems with your order please feel free to contact us during office hours via info@sissyboyjeans.com.
- You can get in touch between Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm or on Fridays between 8am - 3pm.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
- Should your deliver be unsuccessful we will leave a 'calling card' to let you know that we have attempted delivery.
- The card will give you the details you need to call us and make alternative delivery arrangements.
- We will automatically make two additional delivery attempts. If after the third attempt we're still unsuccessful then the order will automatically be cancelled and the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
Yes, they can but please note should someone other than yourself sign for your parcel you accept that their signature is proof of delivery and the responsibility lies with you.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
Yes, they can but please note should someone other than yourself sign for your parcel you accept that their signature is proof of delivery and the responsibility lies with you.

Sign up online or in-store with your name, email, mobile number, and birthday to start earning points on full-priced, sale, and promotional items. Redeem your points on future purchases and track your balance online. While points can’t be used on gift cards or combined with sign-up offers, they’re valid on marked-down items. RETURNING AN ITEM
Any points earned from a returned item will be automatically deducted from your balance.
CROSS PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Yes, you can use points on sale and promotional items — but not in combination with offers like sign-up bonuses.

Do you offer different leg lengths in your denim range?
Yes we do! We pride ourself in finding your perfect denim fit, so we offer a range of lengths and styles:
- Our skinny's are offered in a standard length of 32
- Our bootleg's and skinny flares are offered in a standard length of 33
- We offer selected bootleg and skinny's in an extra length of 35.
- Our Ankle Grazer styles are also available in 28 depending on the style

Do I have to register an account to shop on your site?
- Yes, you will need to register. To do this click on "Register and follow the prompts."
- The registration process can also be completed at checkout.
What should i do if i've forgotten my password?
Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link next to the login button and follow the instructions.
